Aim of the course:
This course aims to equip participants with the essential green and digital competences required for transforming the Habitat sector, focusing on sustainable practices and digital innovations. It is designed to guide SMEs, apprentices, and trainers in integrating green and digital transitions into their work-based learning (WBL) processes. The course provides practical approaches such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), differentiated instruction, and strategies to reskill and upskill employees in the Habitat sector to align with both climate goals and technological advancements. Participants will explore how to design and implement inclusive apprenticeships that meet the evolving demands of the sector.
