Aim of the course:

This course focuses on the pedagogical transformation of the trainer’s identity. It empowers VET professionals to evolve from traditional instructors into reflective mentors and coaches. 

Participants will explore the psychology of learner engagement, mastering coaching-oriented techniques to motivate apprentices and lead the cultural shift within modern training environments.
